I’m a Philadelphia-based content strategist, content designer, and writer with 10 years of experience across customer experiences and brand storytelling. I currently work at Think Company on conversation design and AI guidance for Xfinity. Previously, I worked across shopper support systems and growth campaigns at Instacart and built an editorial program from the ground up at cred.ai.

A journalist by training, I ask questions until I understand how something works and where things might get a bit complicated for the person using it. I turn those answers into content that helps people move through experiences. I’m just as interested in finding the right copy for a button as I am figuring out the structure that makes it all come together.

Outside of work, I’m a reality TV enthusiast, sourdough baker, and parent to one fabulous cat, Pierogi. I’m usually looking for my next book or movie or shopping online.
