About Amber

I’m a copywriter and content strategist who likes making things clear, useful, and a little more human. At Instacart, I write growth and lifecycle messaging across email, push, web, and in-app for our in-house agency Local Produce (Ad Age’s In-House Agency of the Year, btw). I also create B2B experiences and sizzles.

My writing is centered in journalistic and UX principles, so I think a lot about how people actually read, skim, and make decisions. I care as much about the systems behind the work as the words themselves, and I use AI where it actually helps (never sacrificing voice and writerly discernment).

When I’m not writing, I’m watching reality TV with my cat Pierogi or exploring Philadelphia.
